Thumbs up T230 SE Keypad Not function Help....!!!!!

I have here a T230 phone with keypad not function problem, the history of the phone is it has no *****piece so i open it. I test the mic it's okey so i turn to the board and i found out that there's no volts coming in from the mic interface on the board.

now here is the problem i tried to reheat the small ic's just below the board upper of internal connector. Now when i asembled it i found out that the upper part the YES, right, up, down, left, OKEY, C, and NO, keys is now not functioning. but the phone can be powered but when I tried now to use it to cancel it will not function only ON and OFF that this key will function. the rest that i mention is totally not functioning...?

please i really need help here?...
