Member: 14194 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 4 | Hi sergioems of course after changing the battry follow that 1)by the avometer check the battry connector one on the right and the other on the left ? if you get short 00.00 then open the phone same as siemens clips and go to step 2 - if not then go to step A 2) the pa is the uper ic on the board on the left of it you will find a small black ressister remove it then power on the phone 100% will be power on 3)chang the pa and resold the resister again or jumper it and enjoy. A) try to flash the phon with a bin eeprom then chang imei then flash the phone ***If not help then go to step B B) open the phone and rehot or chang the power ic on the upper left on the board please send to me what you do goodluck Wesam |

Member: 1196 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 6 | my good expirience can not give me answer for next question ,,,t28 dead ,,,when trie to power up ..phone consume more then 1.5 A current ,,, PA = OK ,, 101102 is OK ,,change new ,,also change new flash IC ,,also change RF processor ,,and nothing ,,when trie to flashing ,,,after 10-15 sec after erasing phone returned ERROR 03 and phone is still dead ,,zenner diode is also OK ,,down near connector,, so ,,what can be ? |

Member: 5246 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 9 | @sergioems Any phone will power on without PA! In the case of t28s, shorted PA is most widely known reason for not power on... because of faulty RM009 15p Power Amp. Replace it with 19p or better yet 21p series. |

Member: 1196 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 6 | no peoples ,,,PA is not my problem this is first what i check ,,this is so simple to solve ,,also I change new power management IC C3R but nothing ,,then I change new RF IC with legs ,,and nothing ,,always phone consume 1.5 A when press power button ,,,and also I check pover on diode ,,everything looks OK ,,,but I think some is shorted in PCB ,,and can not be solved |
