t28 prob.


i have a t 28 which was dead... when i see the continuty at the battey terminall.. they are short... i remove the pa.... the shortage is gone ... and phone switch on... but when i replace the new pa.. he phone again dead... and shortage on the battery terminalll again...

You have owerhot new PA or made some shortsercuit betvin PA & board. So, You need change PA agane. 100%

Porter is in right!

Sometimes when we are heating ,soldering paste (cooler of P.A., ground ,in the middle of P.A.)could go under buzzer,and you have "short cut" about few ohms,and because of that you must be cearfull ( dont put too much soldering paste on the new P.A.);or your temparature is to hight and P.A. is broken again.

use old pa cover to new pa and solder it 300c
