is that soft or hardware problem
if is hard i need shematics for him
or just help where lines goes from sim holder
i just clean contacts and reflow bga near PA
but nothing help

Check power suply cause is that what aliment the sim...Brush very well contacts of sim holder before (some times can do wonders)...

Try to repair eeprom. I solv thys problem on T28 of thys way.
