Very easy solution:
Warm Up CPU, RF3108, RF-CPU, Power IC with flux - and phone alive again.

@GsMen

I would suggest that you start with CPU only. All T66 and T600 have this common problem, and for the ones I have "repaired" It's enough to reflow or reball the CPU.

Hi, I have the same problem with my T600. Im new to repairing mobiles, can you please explain what you mean by warming up the CPU......with flux?

Is it be physically applying heat?

reflowing CPU? sorry I dont understand this terminology. I dont have any fancy equipment for repair either. Just screw driver and a soldering iron.

So far I have used a hair dryer to heat the system board but no luck, still intermittenly no network.

The hair dryer got the CPU to get quite hot but I wasnt sure how hot was safe so didnt go too far.

Im sure that its something wrong on the system board cos Ive got a T66 and ive tried the antenna and the connecter from it but didnt help.

I would appreciate any advice. Thanks.

You can use one good soldering pen and a big flatwormer and heat up the cpu for about 1 min after that working good but hey don't heat for long then phone Dead
