T610 sound problem - GSM-Forum

Hy there, I have a T610 that doesn't play sounds from the gallery section, when I'm having a call I can't hear nothing, but when i receive a call it's ringing, so the speaker it's not damaged. And each time I power the phone up it enters automatically in the Outdoor Profile. Which section should I flash? The ARM, AVR or GDFS ?

somebody told me that it could be the n750 ic on the board and it needs to be replaced.is there any other way to fix this problem without desoldering? or any method to bring my mobile from the handsfreeprofile to normal?
