T610 very very slow functioning


I have a T610 here brought back to life after water damage.but still have big problem with it.after power on power command is exucuted one minute or more after and starts very slow ihave changged 32mhz crystal but without success
i think the problem is with phone ram any help is welcome

I don't think so i said phone starts very very...............................slow
and would not respond to atr command for flashing i'm still searching for service manual but i didn't found it yet

Soory, never had a t610 with such a fault, but here is a link to the t630 service manual. same thing with a pretty cover
