T630 dead - GSM-Forum

Hi all.
I have problem with my SET630.
First. Phone was turning on byt hang on at start splash screen.
I try to change software but after flashing it was same problem.
Then i use hot air & try to warm up PCB so i can solder all BGA`s on board.
After that my SE is dead, but when I put battery red charging diode blink.
Please help me with that.

after you solder all BGA the phone dead forever
t630 is not a nokia 3310

pls help my t630 die during charging;first the charger got burnd then i remove the phone there is no any sign of burn on it and i try to power it but it shows only the red centre light.pls somebody help me on what to do...ugently
