T630 dead

I have a T630 that does not startup. Power on switch circuit is OK. I measured that de buck converter is starting for appr 100msec, but than off again. Nothing on display.
Any suggestions how to trouble shoot?
There are important phonenumbers in the phonebook. So the main focus is to reteive this information.

Hi, my friend this is a software problem, so you have to flash your phone, but all the data will be erased, and is necesary flash your phone.
