Hi. Mark. just remove the small diode (if ur m/board version got this components) beside the simcard reader... good luck

i think there are 3diode near the sim card reader do you have a clear pic. to distinguished which is which

Hi. Mark. since u replace the small diode still wont work.
u can : - resolder the sim card contact (if u r not done at first)
-check the resistance from simcard point to gnd, u can
confirm by compare with a good unit.(if any of these point
are different, then most suspect is power ic )
- any of these method are unable to solve your problem,
then should check the connectivity from point to point.
(this are suspect the board got broken joint).

i have 10 pcs of sonyericsson t630 can not read sim of the same provider
i clean the board with ultrasonic cleaner no thincks
i remove all capacitor near the sim socket and no news
i replace all resistor near the sim sockot no news also
i reflash it with mcu, mod, gdfs also unlock and rest no thinks

what i didn t do

help me please, this 10 pcs read one card sim but not other

This problem is hardware problem , have u touch up ic parts? like replace power ic , check resistance of each points of simcard pin- to identify what type of problem is, either broken contact or shorting..
