its not easy to replace ur mentioned cpu. Because it's not available.
But I have 90% confirm idea to recover X10 pda.

cautions:
1. may happened charging problem
2. may happend camera problem (if u are not expert to remove camera)

come to the point for main work:
1. remove backup battery
2. carefully solder CPU and surrounding area.
3. Then make good flash by setool.


I think it will make u happy . tested by me many times. ok ?

but we can did and also done...not only 2/3 pcs lot of pcs,,more than 30pcs.
next time i will upload another picture how is work.....and how is rebuild.
