U20 no service - GSM-Forum

I received a phone from a dealer and it show no service but i try to flash the phone and still the same i now need help if is hardware or sotfware

Sometimes when phone like u20, sim lock is not activated, it still can used but cannot read sim or calling,u can check that sim lock first
