unlocking k850i with setools3 - GSM-Forum

Just some info on how to unlock a k850i with setools3 if anyone can help. ive just bought a setools 3 but have not yet unlocked a k850i. all I know is that they are a2 type and if im correct they need server logs. ive just this minute ordered some from completefones, but just need some help in getting it right. if there is any videos that would be a bonus
all help is appriciated.

all help is appriciated.

Mike....

1, select a2 platform and select k850i
2, select setting, tick use 'server for csca', tick 'do full unlock instead of reset code'
3, type in your username and password details
4, select a2 platform and press store
5, check to see if setting stored
6, now press unlock (1st part done)
7, check every 1 hour to your get 2nd part of unlock back
8, follow info to switch phone on and plug in usb cable
9, follow all info and there you go one unlocked 'a2 platform' phone

forget setool.a dead company...every week server offline...its a bad joke from them.never answere just banning people who wants to know something about the server

what are you on about. sif you dont have anything to say about a tool (SETOOL) dont say anything.its been on the forefront with SE for at least 4 years.

Thx for your help BuMobiles will have a look once completefones send me my logs. just a quick question when you buy logs from differant vendors do they all connect to the same server or are there differant servers out there, and it all depends who you buy from, does it make a differance is what im trying to say.
