w 580 no display?

w580 shows nothing in display. rest all working clearly.
changed two sets of new strips for front and back still no response,
checked with two working displays also.

seniors can u guide me in w580 display ways ?

pull off front cover,,,,,lift out display(do not disconnect display lcd)
turn mob on.press gently down (with ur finger)on the lcd connector,
press any bootton on mob,,,,is screen ok?
if not,press down this time,on the long connector,not the lcd1,the 1 along side it,pres button on mob,
do lcd show now?

if not then it hardware....
