Problem May Be With The Drive Ic, But Confused With Which One

I have phone with this problem too, i rehot Power IC N2600 /under CPU / and LCD working fine. After 2 weeks phone coming back with same problem.

You need change or reball N2600.

only for yelow cable need r1bc002 or r1a008
but for green cabledisplay not have this problem

To Hicky :

begginer

Reball : make new balls on BGA /via pattern/
Rehot : make hot air flow with SMD rework station

Excited is correct, CID 36 flashed with CID 49 software will cause the LCD not to work! Flash with correct software first
