dear sir i have a w200 phone it,s inserted active sim but it,s displayed inactive sim please help me

it seems this set has been locked by any operator, so need to be unlocked and then it may use
and for how to unlock u should search in forum ...

Try a different sim card, if still the same it must be blocked (reported lost or stolen).
