i have w550 and its dead
i flash it with setool and cruiser and get flash completely but its still dead
???????????????????????????????

check battery voltage
plug charger to see if it charges
then check ur switch..

what's the history of the phone? is it dropped of water damaged?

they are all new phone and doesnt have any damage on them such as water damage or anything else
