when i want to flash w550 i face with this massege who can nelp me

Card serial:00019408
Loaded 51 flash descriptors
Open COM port OK

bro, is it dead? or white screen? if white screen just check the remake CRCS in the repair botton..then do selected job..if it is dead flash ARM the LFS and SW..be sure that the batt is full and the connection is clean..
