w550 \ k750 bluetooth proplem help please - GSM-Forum

hi i have k750 and w550 there have the same problem
when i turn on the bluetooth the phone is turn on the bluetooth
but the bluetooth is not working.... what is your answer about this problem.... any qustion well help me .... hardware and software

bro check ur bluetooh with an other fone by data transfering and place both fone very near
if blue tooth is working in this position its mean its hard ware problem then rehot blue tooth
module other wise do full flash the phone,,,

it is not my problem my problem when i turn on the bluetooth the phone is turn on the bluetooth
but the bluetooth is not turn on ........

man just check the antena of bluetooth its inside shase
