w550 keypad problem
 

w550 back,music button,right&down,1and9 these keys are not working.
please help ...............................give me a correct solution

but sir, this is w550i ,where is its joystick.have joystick in this handset? if have where is it please give me a clear picture!!

first look for rusting on power,camera,volume keys .... because due to rust on these keys others keys malfunction... u can replace these keys with two functional keys above lcd because they are not mostly used ... if not solved then replace keypad ic but very rare case...

ok....ok....ok...... problem solved by changing keypad flex(bottom side)
