Did you try changing LCD cables??

And anyone know how to change contrast on this phone???

i check all thing but no solution. i have 2 phones in same problem no backlight and no keypad light.

you must change V4140 and 4145, and then chek L4110 and L2608 .
to find V4140,V4145,L4110 and L2608 please read service manual
