USB Smart hates CID49 Phones. Try SE dedicated Tool.

The Best way to deal with W550_brown_Cid49 is to convert it ,first ,to red using TESTPOINT , then flashing it using any firmware !!

just download w550_EROM_RED_CID49 file and TESTPOINT pic from USBSMART SUPPORT SITE.
