W810i auto off - GSM-Forum

My sister's W810i cant stay turned on. Once you turn it on it will show the logo and it will simply turn off. She cant turn it back on again unless she remove the battery for awhile -wait and replace it again. Its another SE frustration for us. I would appreciate if you can give me an idea on how to repair it and make it work again.

Try the software upgrade using DCU-60 cable and SEUS.
