W850 short - GSM-Forum

when i flasing SE w850 use Power suplay as power source, sudently the electric power from the electic company shut down for a sec., and it start again. the PS cable still connect on the connector batrey. after that i got my SE w850 full shorted. any sugestions which parts couse this short?
how can i fix this short.

dear first of all check set shortage on digital r analog meter. if set show complet short then check
charging ic and all diod in bord last option is power ic
