W850i Not charging but working with charged battery - GSM-Forum

Hey,

I have a W850i wich does not charge but, i out a charged battery the phone works fine. Phone cannot charge itself.
Any solution?

I have identical problems, I opened up the phone and found a very small IC under the SIM card, that came loose from the circuit board. When pressing in the right position the phone will charge, but it is a headache to position this tiny IC in the right position.
Is this the Charging IC? And how to fix it? Any schematic diagram for layout or connections?
