w880i no network coverage problem

hi, im new to phone repaire business, i need help, ive got w880 with no network coverage problem. it just not catcking any network. i dont know the history of the phone but im sure that this phone is not barred/ block in uk. anyway ive flash this phone again to check what is wrong with it but still the same, i l put result here below... ........
