w910 key 4,0,6,* not working i change flex and but still the problem

hi, got W910i with the OK key and num 5 key problem..... when the phone newly booted or power on these keys are okay and works fine. but an hour or so continuing using the phone. those keys wont work or you need to long press* or will never worked at all... is this a software or hardware problem? any comment would be much appreciated.. TIA

Note: sometimes it work so

reheat the keypad I.C and change flex
