I saw another article from somewhere, another customer complains, Ericsson phone always displays "NO ACCESS" in another network, Nokia phones never have this problem! I believe this is Ericsson phones common problem! Who knows what's wrong in Ericsson phone |

Here is the solution maybe can help you. 1/use hot air to flow rf parts. 2/change p.a. 3/load software [most common] find good eeprom file and flash file at 1 same phone and write to the phone. Try this maybe can help you. I mostly try 1 and 3. Regards. |

Member: 6464 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 6 | Hi! No acces on Ericsson phones means that TX is not working! On T2x problem is in bad soldered or bad PA,bad RF processor (11033C1D on T28,30042C2C on T20),bad RX/TX mixer (40307/1)... There is more options for repair, but these are common... Similar on old phones, too! Regards SHiljo |

Member: 26636 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | please explain I dont know anything about phones so if someone can explain to me what RF,PA,TX means and it seems that if i replace the RF processor it might solve my NO ACCESS problem, and one more thing, even though the phone says NO ACCESS, the signal bar seems to be working?(cos it changes once in while) so where can i get a RF processor? and can this be done easily by myself or do i have to goto a technician to solve this? any help will be greatly apreicated Last edited by strider_X; 04-16-2003 at 11:21. |

TX is Transmit RX is Receive .... Yes, changing RF processor would probably help in your case. There are many companies that sels spare parts, but i don't think it will be easy to find someone who will sold you just one piece of RF procssor. To change it you must have experience in BGA soldering, which i think you don't have correct me if i am wrong). So, it is better for you to take your phone to some service stre to do it for you! | |
