X10 - voltage too low, charging problem
I have a problem. Voltage on the battery socket is 3,55V. Battery not charging, please connect charger.
C3128 near usb socket has 4,98V. The same value is on the back side in TP3114.
Do You have any sugestion or solution for this problem?

Yes I do. And voltage is too low, about 3,6V on battery socket. Phone doesn't recognize connected charger.

usb work with computer
like usb recognized with pc or not recognized
