Xperia Miro ST23i Touch Problem

Hi, i got a Xperia Miro to replace the touch screen.
Witch had a minor crack, but it still worked fine.
I replaced it with a new touch screen but it does not
work at all, i tought it might be the new touch faulty.
I put again the old touch, until i get a new one, but
noticed the old touch does not work at all...
I allready updated software but nothing changes...
I would be much appreciated if someone could advise,
if you allready had a similar problem with this phone.
I think it could be some assembly problem, but everything
seems fine...
Thanks in advance.

starxman.

I'm having same trouble. I have tried 2 different digitizers but none respond. Old digitizer which did work even though it had a crack in it doesn't work now either.

any ideas?

Hi everyone.
I solved the problem, by changing the complete module.
I bought a new complete front panel, witch included the
touch screen and the lcd allready assembled. And everything
went fine. But its more expensive...

yes indeed this is the problem. this same problem is also at xperia go and tipo i think.
You either have to get an original touch screen or a non original touch with non original lcd...

tested many many times
