xperia z2 dead , only red led - GSM-Forum

hi
got z2 with cracked digitizer for replace.
phone was powered on . i took apart to replace the broken lcd , after this phone wont power on and no charge.
if i try to power on it have red led blink
if i put in charge red led stay on.
conect to pc it find some usb composite device.

but thats it
any ideas ?

I have changed to new lcd and sent it to warranty and they have swapped the board to a new one
