Member: 2640780 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 1 | Xperia Z5 boot loop, backlight only I have a problem with my Sony Xperia Z5. One day on low battery it powered off, then it won't turn on. When turning on, I can see only backlight (no sony logo etc.), then after 5-10 sec it reboots and red led blinks 3 times. I actually tried software reset, so it probably should be HW issue. Phone has a not original replaced screen (working 2-3 months). But this issue also persist with original broken one. I see some similar topics but related to backlight issue.. Please help! |

Member: 2640780 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 1 | I have E6633 model. With screen disconnected it also keeps restarting. So you are lucky, and able to copy data from internal storage. I flashed mine many times after this failure. Maybe it is why it is not starting even with screen disconnected. Of course device is recognized in flash/fastboot modes and not rebooting with or without screen. |

Member: 2648341 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | Hello, I have the same problem with several Z5 devices After replacing the display the mobile phone hangs in this reboot loop. Previously, the fuse on the LCD connector is usually defective and replaced by a jumper. The software is original and loaded with Companion. Does no one have an idea? |
