z 530i not boting - GSM-Forum

Dear team my sony z530i set not getting on it's drop down by coustmer & i did not no about sony how i repair it pls give me any idea or picture..

seems some solder ball's under bga chip is broken or damage . need to reball cpu & flash .
but if u don't know about repairing (as u said in ur post) better to contact any mobile technician for repair ur mobile.
