What about my problem...

I tried to replace the screen, ripped of flex, ordered new one, but for Xperia Z3 (not dual) by mistake, put that on and then realized it's a wrong one (when it did not work), got the correct one for dual sim, put that on, and the screen is not working. The phone seems to be working (vibration works when turning on, getting warm).

I've tried screens from eBay/Aliexpress. Maybe I should go for original Sony? But I really don't want to spend 100 pounds on it.

Would anyone have a working solution to this problem?

Jump is not solution, jump is only for testing
You have to put the new component on the pcb. You have something that shorts and fries the fuse. Check the backlight connection to LCD and cover it with kapton tape
