I Have Three Pcs Of Z530 All Have Mic Problem. Oposite Party Can Not Hear Our Voice. Need Diagram Or Solution For Mic And Its Ways.

hi friends , i have a some diffrence problem.when i record the sound its ok but when call to another phone opposite party cannot hear my sound.anyy body have a solution pls help me.

I have mic problem at Z530. when i tried to call other phone my voice come out from z530 speaker, and the other phone that I've calling hear nothing. Any Solution Please.
I have change N2300 but still the same.
