can unimoto unlock V975 with bootloader 0.6.3.1?

Such bootloader version does not exist. You probably have 0.6.3.1, which is not supported at the moment.
My comlite wont start from some reason, so i am unable to steal the solution for now. I will format my XP and try to reinstall it again in few days.

Hello again my fellow unlockers,

Solution is ofcourse already implemented in Ultima Box. Implementing it to Unimoto will couse unlock market to be phucked up very quickly, since is hard to protect our bootloaders this way. Ultima box is ready, and soon i will offer it to Unimoto owners, for really fair price.
