Email on t-mobile mpx200 - GSM-Forum

I cannot send emails out on my mpx200 with t-mobile.
I am getting emails with no problems. I was told by tech support that their network does not support sending optins on mpx200. Is that true? Has someone gotten email fully working with t-mobile?

JUST UPGRADE THAT WITH Motorola Mobile Upgrade Wizard( FIRMWARE 2003)

That upgrade was giving me a big problem with battery lifetime. Is there any way to get it work with a 2002 version?

BTW, do I need to do hard reset after I apply GSM fix?

Well, I did upgrade my phone again.
But still I cannot send email out. Do you actually know that the fix should help?
