HelloMoto/Unimoto Support Thread

Glad to see this is here now so I'm kicking it off. Post HelloMoto/Unimoto questions/problems here!

I'll start... can anyone confirm c350 is working properly now? I could only make it work as C450...

Yes there will always be such small problems because:

Because Motorola updates firmware very fast and i am not always able to get a new phone for tests fast, but i do my best to support all ununlockable models! So please be patient, but i expect you log the problems here so that other users could know about it.

The server now is very fast! You can try and Post here how it works for you!
The new client is at : www.maxrfon.com.ua/unimotor212.rar

Active config is Server00, the client will get changed next 24 hours for sure, so please visit this section later for more info.

Welcome

Max

Guys this is new software and I am reading everywhere about 1 or 2 bugs and everytime there is replies saying that they are working on it and that it will be updated soon

So what i'm basically saying is, give the guys a chance, yes we all know its having a slight prob but everyone seems to be mentioning the same thing and the software is still very new

Its not as if the guys updating this are new to this, they are big names and will look after you

Mr. Legija has said a very good thing. Better to have a locked phone than dead for ever So please take patience and wait. All users will be announced about launching A series (althoug my own opinion is that A series are NOT important AT ALL because of the phone is real ***it...)
I was silently testing C and V series for two weeks before to launch it and there were no questions WHEN WHEN WHEN tell me if i am wrong, i am sure maximum hits for A series will reach up to 200 phones and stop for ever, same like NEC WCMDA (3G)..

One more news!!!

For all who needs flashing/flexing motorola P2k - email to me with such line in SUBJECT Field "Request for PST" + your user/pass of UniMoto account in the text and i will reply with link where to download PST software for flashing/flexing, JAVA updating and test software. The firmware files are not included. I will link later my client software with link to firmware files. But this does not mean i take responcibility for flashing/flexin your phones - i am UNLOCKING SOFTWARE writter - not a Service Center.

Hi, all.

I agree on better wait a little than be sorry, with death phone.
Dont unlock Motorola much, but good

Small qeustion, after unlock V525 a startup logo off HELLOMOTO appears.
Can this be removed ?
Because if phone should brought back too repaircenter, if one powers it up and see this, maybe a reason to deny warranty ?

Im very satisfied with service, never let me down .

regards
Sjakie

Hellomoto is the default start up logo for Vxxx phones! It is also the name of the software.

It is probably just removing the Vodafone logos (which I did not know it did but that's cool too)...

i dont think so

i buy the accounts only for Axxx unlocking

and i dont see something that Axxx is not working or testing ....
mpx nobady say that i must pay for it

but this is not important for ME

i want only unlocking Axxx so fast as possible and iam happy and buy moore accounts

for me would be better when i can 10 unlocking and 1died

@MaxRfon when you think final version is ready? 1week or longer?

what are differents between 211 and 212 i found nothing?

If you read my page - there is NOTHING about MPX in the list for the client software, so i would say that this is not my fault also... I am not trying to make you buy it at 60$ since i have enough customers for that because it is the only realtime solution.
Regarding A series - i am sure the online system will work from the next week in full power with A series, i am in Ukraine and to get samples is a real headache here. Each phone i receive - i must wait untill the customs check it and i have to get signed LOTS of papers. So this is it. If anyone in Kiev or Ukraine needs to get unlocked A series - welcome, less than 4 seconds one phone!

The difference between any new client sofware does not mean to be listed here, i improve security, testing diff features with phones, adding new models for the future, server changes. In the next few versions there will be no queues at all. There will be up to 10 servers to be online 24 hours without break for maintenance.
