... , just try to read the phone with Victor, and it will ask you(the windows) to instal all components needed.Of course use the P2K driver from loggers dir.
When Victor read the phone, all you need is 30-40sec , and your phone is unlocked.

There is few letters on it, like "INSTALL DRIVERS", just below "UNLOCK" button.
