unable to establish connection problem

i have this pb since 1 month now ..and i thought that the server was down....
anyway i have now 2 mpx200 and i can`t unlock them ..

when i press "get codes" the sw says "unable to establish connection"...and it says that immediately...it doesn`t connect to net to say verifying pass or anything...it just says "unable to establish connection"

i use v223 ...is there any new version ...and if there is how can i get it ..?

anyway i want to solve my pb.

10x

regards

To unlock MPX 200 keep the testmode key pressed and connect cable then open soft and click read codes and it will say satellite connection seraching and then read phone and codes in 2 seconds, dont forget to keep pressed the testmode key through out the process otherwise it will not detect phone.

Yes my friend I have read you post and there are two possibilities, because I also get same error some time and I restart the computer and then it works perfectly. I suppose may be your computer or connection or user and pass got some thing wrong.

You have problem with DRIVERS.
Please go to www.unimoto.net , Help section, and download driver uninstall software.
Run this tool on Your PC, restart, and reinstall driver.

In case you have "Motorola Wirelles Modem #X" (X= number) This mean you have used diferent USB port then first time. TO cure this, you have to run software i mentioned above.

"Unable to establish connection" means there is no phone connected, or, there is problem with driver.

I can advice you to re read my post again, there is all what you need to know.
