v600 - Motorla USB Devices Not Found

Every time I try to use the software (2.14) I get this error. I have uninstalled and re-installed many times and still get this error, I am running windows ME and used the 98 drivers. Motorola Mobile Phone Tools sees my phone just fine. Anyone have any idea?

Thanks

Yes, use Win2000 since the drivers were NOT made by me but by motorola, so you have to use it according to the requirements, which are the system must be Win2K or XP

I think i found the problem, this is what I believe it is:

In the device managger Motorola Flash Interface has a problem (Yellow ! mark). In the details it says the following: The NTKERN.VXD device loader(s) for this device could not load the device driver.
