2 Motorola V3 after flash no display and keyb light!!!! - GSM-Forum

I have 2 motorola V3 dead, i flashed them with smartmoto and with full flash R374_G_0E[1].40.9CR_lp002C_full_flash.smf from support area, they became alive but without display and without keyboard light. I tested their LCD on my working V3 and They worked so it is not LCD problem. I flashed many V3 before (not totally dead) with this file and it was always successfull. What could be the reason of such problem on this 2 sets?????

Untill now i used all flashes in support area but without result, it is really strange that someone can't help me!!!!! if it is a Hardare problem, which is not evident, you can say me that!!!!

same for v303 after flash can on,call in call out but white screen

Guys, please specify the boot & firmware versions. Otherwise we won't be able to help you..

Hi guys I used a flex file from www.motox.us which revived a few V3's with similar issues after flashing, go take a look see if it is any use.

Yes only latest version help. R374_G_0E.42.0ER Maybe new hardware version or different display.

i have one which had 8.26 bootloader which i performed rsa remove and unlocked and flashed and phone only keypad light and no lcd. so i tried pds repair function and full flashed phone and still no results..

what can i try next to repair this phone?

i had this problem its a bad flex cable.
i unlocked a v3, and flashed with the 42.0ER flash and a few days later came back with no display.. i replaced the flex cable and the phone is back to life.

Just flash the phone with latest version (0E.42.0ER) and all will be ok. A lot of bugs fixed in new soft (look at attached file, remove .txt and use winzip)

this R374_G_0E.42.0ER firmware works......im able to revive my v3 with smartmoto using this firmware...1st i repair pds then fullflash it........................

you guys should always backup before flashing a phone.
