A1000 security code help??!!! - GSM-Forum

hi every one, i recently purchased an A1000 mobile phone, I want to set it to French language, that can only be done my master clearing the phone. usually the security code is 000000 (6 zeros) however, it appears that the person who sold me it changed the code.

i have a smart-clip box, smartmoto software too if it helps me get the code for it. any advice is appreciated.

i have unlocked it fine, but i need to change it to french.

please help.

this is whats its showing me. when i enter the 6 0's on the phone, it says security code invalid

this is absolutely weird.. how can the info say the code is 000000 and when you enter it on the phone it says invalid security code?
anyother way to master clear this phone? i've tried the option under 'services' on smartmoto but it just says performing master reset....ok.
that's all, the phone doesn't restart or anything.
