A1600 ARE supported to flash or not !!!

Yes, this phone model supported for flashing procedure via SCout flasher.
Flash files are available at the Boot-Loader.com in the SCout->pcf->GSM->A1600->... file folder.

I have had 3 a1600 come to my shop with the same error have not found a solution anyone?

same error on phone flashing does not recover.

dont have the phone now used imei from records will try get it back from owner later and post

Try to read phone info with the SCout flasher.
If it won't be read, flash the phone with the same firmware version like the handset has or higher one.
