Member: 281998 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 117 | After "prepare phone" the V3xx phone is dead I have a V3xx to unlock, strangely after "Prepare Phone" cell phone is dead and no signs of life. The Smart Clip no longer detects the phone ... some help please. |

Member: 281998 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 117 | The battery was fully charged, the process of "Prepare Phone" has been completed ... after the program telling me to connect TestPoin the mobile phone is switched off. Now no longer loads, and a Smart-Clip can not detect it. :-( |

Member: 121052 Status: Offline Sonork: 100.107126 Thanks Meter: 80,766 | @ s@lwos, If the set powered off during the Smart TestPoint operation, more likely that the power supply you were using with the Smart-Clip wasn't stable or phone's battery wasn't fully charged. Unfortunately, if V3xx can not be detected by PC/SmartMoto at all, nothing can be performed to it, at the moment. Best Regards GSMServer team |
