To All Owners Of Dead Smart Clip!


TO ALL OWNERS OF DEAD SMART CLIP!

Hello!

We got an information that SmartClipTeam, KILLS boxes with warranty expired.

For example, if you bought original Smart Clip in year 2004 and warranty expired at end of 2005 probably you'll get DEAD box
after updating on new software version. Before update it was absolutely working device and after update it's only useless device.
And they'll say that you should send them your unworking device and they'll send you new with half of year warranty...you must pay half of price...
After warranty finished they'll kill it again?
It's against internetioanl rules! Just a great ooportunity to clone-makers to do their dirty job!
Nobody will pay such money to untrasted company and sure people will come to a person who make a clone.

2. Date of purchase
3. Resseller name
4. Warranry from-till
5. Do you have a documents proving your purchase? YES/NO
6. Do you have a log of last connection to their site? YES/NO
7. Have you sent a letter to reseller and to SmartClipTeam? YES/NO
8. Have they helped you? YES/NO
9. Date when your WORKING box was killed

Nothing else. May their work'll show who they are.

After that we'll see on reaction of SmartClipTeam. They produced a really good
device but why they kill them?

Your post is complete nonsense!!!
Nobody is thinking to kill old devices. Our hardware warranty is 6 month. During that time we can ensure you in Clip functions & free exchange in case of failure. After warranty have expired, we are not responsible for Clip state.
The most common problem, that the Smart-Clip can go out of service during update process, because it has to go through a few stages of hardware tests. If it fails to pass any of them - it stops working. It happens to the warranty devices or to the ones that are out of warranty. The only difference that Clips with warranty can be exchanged.
And of course, as older hardware - the more chances for it to get broken. That is usual for any device.

Please let me know, who have provided you with this kind of information???

that unfair if ur server kill my clip during update the u shud be responsible for the repair 2 other member of the forum wat do you think pls state ur view

also to let u know i bought a smart clip from ur resseller garutech in lagos nigeria it wasnt workin properly wen i took it to london i foned him and told him bout the development he asked me to upgrade but the box went dead during upgrade i told him bout it he askd to send it down for a new1 as it is underwarranty but i did and uptill now he hasnt send me another1 it bout four months now six i send mine back to nigeria but he wnt pick my calls he ignore my chat i dont know but i believe gsm server should also be responsible for their resseller

this is paranoia.
look on the forum and you will see that SMART CLIP TEAM is one of the respectables team on this gsm bussines.
they support this product for a long time ago, and i (as a normal user) i dont believe what you are saying here.

dear bolaji , its nice having u here , its quite unusual of u to say this here that i did not pic your call or chat with u .for what ?? the support i got from smart clip team is second to none, a lot of ppl here can be my witness. well search your heart if u are saying the truth .

remember i gave u an origianl working clip, and what i did was to give u the best support i could .which i did , but your guy never come back .

where did u get this info??? we have sold hundreds of smart clip amd i have seen customer using his smart clip for more than 2 years now without any problem . if u dont know what to say pls dont spam here pls .

people are getting crazy?

Damn what are you talking about? Smart-clip team is just the most trustable team i have ever known i sell about 10-20 pieces every month and if there is one that doesnt work my resellers swaps it just without any problem. I have always trusted smart-clip team and I still do. You know when you get such information you first check it from who you got it ( Is he trustable?) and you check if it is really sure. Are you trustable? Thats my question

let us say some thing about smart team & special garutech mr lukman (habibi)

about smart team yes my box was dead after waranty expired but i can't beleive they killed my box & sure i bought another one immediatly from mr lukman he is the more trusted one who i know on the net .

so i beleive when ur box dead even if with waranty smart team have two choice :
1- repair ur box with server online for that they put log for ur box situation so if they can repair it online they do that without delay i am sure

2- for some reason about protection (burn tx & rx ic chip ) so they can't repair it online if ur ic damaged or firmware empty ,so u must send the box to change the ic damaged

there is no reason for smart team to kill ur box, i wish all they can understand that , my box too was dead & smart team r verry helpfull & i bought another box cos it is fast way then repair the dead box .

about garutech i know him for more then 2year & i bought all my boxes from him & never cheat me he is the good man & trusted man i see in my life

no.
my box died during update (from my internet provider) and i've contacted smart clip team, and they've helped me.
my box is working again.
so, when you have problems (even you still have or not waranty) you must contact support team.

you know i need the clip and dat the reason i bought from you i told you of the problem you ask me to send it over i did and uptill date no clip no money back i try chating sendin you off line msg i dont know i have to buy another 1 over here in london i bought from you cos i trusted you but surprise at the atitude
