get one moto v980 dead..

reason: wrong unlock

when i try to repair/unlock/flash always give me this error:

Searching for phone... found S Blank Rainbow POG, getting test interface... interface not found
Switching to flash mode... OK
Reading phone boot version... 3.10
Reading flash id... 0x90 - 0x0090 (x2), chip unidentified
Phone group: A835,A845,A920,A925
Hardware IMEI: 3549000A1088BD5
Current phone does not correspond model selection

any suggestion !!

Flash memory chip can't be read. There are two main reasons for that:

The flash memory chip is damaged or doesn't communicate with the processor.
In this case the phone needs hardware repair.
Connection between the chip and the PCB may be improved by the hot air.
Testpoint procedure was not performed properly - just to make sure please, repeat the TP procedure.

v980 is not in phone group??? why??

Because the flash chip is not recognized and SmartMoto can not detect the proper model name.

but the reason is not flash memory chip is damaged and also not Testpoint procedure was not performed properly, it's a new one

i can't explain this but i full charged another battery, i test again with same phone and tp and phone is detected as it is, and repaired successfully
