Hi, I found a item on ebay (item# 320064184991) that unlocks all motorola phones by imei.
Anyone know how they are doing this ? Is it a software or a program? Any ideas will be great.

they have access to a database! most of these guys work or have worked for either a telecom company or motorola itself...... NO IT'S NOT POSSIBLE to calculate unlock codes from IMEI 's for motorola phones! Subsidy codes are generated randomly and that's why you need to have a database of codes.
