C122 Unlocking problem - GSM-Forum

Hi smart-clip. I have a motorola C122 for unlock. When I push the smart-clip unlock button the led always lights red.

My question is if this model is supported by smart-clip?

first check the version: #02#

2.0.36 is ok
2.0.80 is ok
2.0.12 is ok

but 2.2.8.0 not work.-..

you need to downgrade lower version than unlock
