c350 menu problem - GSM-Forum

when menu button press, heard a clicking sound but menu does not come.so i think it is a software problem.am i correct ? i have OG smart clip.can i repair ?

Yes flash it ! first make backup ! then flash it with reflash from bootloader.com !
